Tu dois changer le mail sur ton ancien compte (mets ton email pro par exemple, ou alors crée toi un compte webmail gratuit sur Gmail ou Outlook), puis créer un nouveau compte avec le mail que tu veux utiliser sur le forum.

Ou alors, si MdJ est d'accord, il y a un paramètre à changer dans la configuration de phpBB pour autoriser plusieurs comptes à utiliser le même e-mail :

Panneau d'administration => Configuration générale => Paramètres des inscriptions => Options générales => Partage des adresses e-mail à positionner sur "Oui"
"Veille qui veut vivre" (devise des officiers artilleurs de la Guilde Navyborg)
