Encore un petit détail qui me chagrine dans ton raisonnement, Djal...

Si l'armateur du Transistel dégage 200t de potentiel pour pouvoir en faire un remorqueur... Pourquoi ne pas directement convertir ces 200t en hangar pour accueillir le Tabron ?

Pour ma part, je resterais sur le concept de base des règles avec une adaptation de l'idée de Djal :
  • Un vaisseau peut en remorquer un autre de masse inférieure ou égale
  • Si le vaisseau a un potentiel de masse non converti en VTL supplémentaire, ce potentiel s'ajoute à sa propre masse pour calculer la masse de navire(s) qu'il peut remorquer.

Dans ton exemple :
  • Soit on installe un hangar et le Transistel peut emporter un Tabron, et en remorquer deux autres (2 x 200t
